Prior to Easter, the Performing Arts Department led a trip to the West End in London. The three day trip was jam packed with activities, including a West End Performance of Les Misérables, a meet and greet with the stars of the show, a tour of HMS Belfast, a walk along The South Bank and soaked up the atmosphere of a bustling Covent Garden Market.

By far the most popular activity was the Stage Combat Workshop at Pineapple Studios. The students had great fun pretending to battle across the stage etc. – and it looked convincing too! Keep your eyes and ears open for information about next year’s trip.
