Super Scientific Thinkers
Back in May, some of our Year 10s completed the National Scientific Thinking Challenge, a series of over 30 questions aimed to test scientific problem-solving skills, including data interpretation and logical reasoning. We have recently received our results, with 10 of our students achieving an award. A gold award (top 10% of all participants nationally) went to Harry Wallace, silver awards (top 25% of all participants nationally) went to: Ethan Blagdon, Oliver Blundell and Euan McCain and bronze awards (top 40% of participants nationally) went to: Emily Howe, Charlotte Scrafton, Oscar Barton, Madison Redhead, Jacob Alderson and Jacob Waterson. Congratulations to all on a fantastic achievement and well done to everyone who took part!
