A group of Year 8 students took part in a virtual question and answer session with a variety of employers, organised by Skills Builder. Students were delighted to hear from a range of employers including a lawyer from Hilton Law and representatives from the Lloyds Banking Group, LGT Bank in Liechtenstein and the London Stock Exchange. It was a fantastic opportunity for students to hear about what these organisations do and also a chance to ask questions to the visitors virtually. At the start of the session, students were able to find out more about the importance of key employability skills, which we have embedded in school through Skills Builder.
