Last week in Computing, IT and Enterprise & Marketing lessons, students have learned about a range of careers available if they choose to continue their studies in these areas. They have had an insight into university courses offered at the University of Sunderland and have collaborated on an Enterprise task. We have challenged the Computer Scientist stereotype and shown girls that there are many opportunities females in computing. There has been a real buzz around the department and discussion about how some computing related careers that ours students embark upon may not even exist yet!
