As featured in a previous blog edition Year 7 pupils will be taking part in a business scheme this term, called ‘Make £5 Grow’. The aim is to provide pupils with real life experience of starting a mini business. It’s great fun, they learn lots, and it helps them build skills for the future. Virgin Money lend £5 to each pupil, who must come up with a business idea and then make it happen. This started just before Easter with a sweet and cake sale staged by our students, who set out their stalls in the hope of growing their funds.

We can’t wait to see what our pupils come up with and look forward to carrying out some enterprising activities!
