Year 11 students visited Ullswater over half term to take part in an ‘Outward Bounds’ course. Students completed a grueling series of activities and were presented with a John Muir Award. Challenges included walking within the glaciated environment and sleeping on the mountain tops on a physically demanding expedition. A big thank you to the Sir Tom Cowie Trust for funding the course for our pupils.
