Progress, Prep & Parental Power!
Last Wednesday, we held our final progress evening for Year 11 students. With the GCSE exam season fast approaching, this event provided an essential opportunity for both students and parents to receive feedback on their progress, covering areas such as knowledge, understanding, and attitude as they approach the final stretch of their school journey.
During the evening, students and parents learned how to make the most of their final term, the preparations they should focus on, and the independent learning required. Additionally, advice was given on how parents and carers can best support their child from Citizen’s Advice representatives as well as a chance to chat with local further education and apprenticeship providers about the next steps.
The countdown to the end of school is steadily ticking down!
