Careers in MFL Week
Pupils in MFL have had the chance to get inside the minds of employers to think about the key skills they look for when hiring new employees. Pupils have tested out activities to assess candidates’ listening, creativity, team work and resilience, and in turn, have seen just how often they practise these skills in their languages lessons. They have also been given the opportunity to assess sample CVs and interviews to decide whether or not they would hire a candidate.
